glad to have this forum because I've wondered for a long time if a keyholder could make fitness easier - only released when meeting milestones.
...but w/o an IRL KH, never tried.
in addition to Emma's MissFit link, I googled and found another kh fitness challenge .
In that link, Summer mentions she gets it done remotely with things like internet-connected keysafes ( like iKeyP ).
Sure would be easier if the KH was your SO, in your house or region IRL though

turns out https://chaster.app/ has a method for remote keyholding. it's not too secure, but very inexpensive and works for people that trust each other. also a good interaction on lock settings between the KH & locked.
found a KH there, agreed to a plan, been a smash success so far. just as expected the motivation is extremely high
