Buff wife

My wife and I started out with a hotwife type scenario ( I was her first until she started doing it so she thought I was a lot better in bed than I am and that my package was big until she started dating) which gradually led to her getting more assertive as she discovered guys way better in bed than I,I noticed her assertiveness especially after she would get with guys who are a few inches longer. Eventually she said she wanted to date but I could not which I agreed to so its now a cuckold relationship which I actually like better.One other side effect is that she now lifts weights religiously and because of her genetics has gotten pretty buff and more verbally assertive,I was wondering is this common or just something she happens to do? I see silly memes about it but wonder if its really a thing.
