We are are always hearing about "Toxic Masculinity" in the media. If only there was more awareness of the positive benefits of being in an FLR and having your male sexual urges controlled. This would be better not just for the individuals involved but for society as a whole. If only the porn industry was driven by men being controlled by women rather than the converse. If only young men were taught to nurture, adore, cherish, respect and serve their women. If only young men were taught you only shed your seed inside a women to reproduce, you only shed your seed when she permits it! If only young men were taught your semen belongs to your woman, she chose if and when it leaves your body. If only young men were taught that you are no less a man if you chose to be the submissive party in a male/female relationship. Rant over! But the world would be a far better place if FLR was more mainstream.

Couldn't have said it better! It certainly is a game changer. Even though we've only been on our chastity journey for 6 days, we're already seeing how it's boosting our relationship.
Right now, she's not really taking it seriously; she sees it more like an experiment. She just leaves the key on the kitchen table, just in case I need to take it off in a hurry. @alextay Sounds like you have made a great start. I am sure your wife will fully embrace the journey as she sees increasing results. Just to clarify, I am not advocating extended periods of semen retention for everyone.  We all need to find the periodicity which works best for us as couples. It's just in our case we have found the longer I retain the better our dynamic gets. I confess I was doubtful at first when we thought maybe this work to the benefit of our relationship but believe me it has! I worship every atom in her body more every day!! It's completely normal to feel some testicular discomfort during the initial months of being caged. It should fade away eventually. Feeling the way you do towards her is natural too. I like it that you said you're not going to pressure her to do things the way you want them done. She'll learn to come to terms with her inner "Goddess" eventually, but it'll take time. I agree with most all of this.  Hell, I agree with all of it.  The one caveat is the term "toxic masculinity."  It's a term that has a particular definition, yet most of the world is exposed to a narrative that defines any masculinity as toxic masculinity.  That I disagree with.  In fact, I know that a lack of masculinity is toxic.  

@subhubphx Totally agree with your point on the use of the phrase “toxic masculinity”. Afterthought….I also think a significant majority of young (and older for that matter) women need much more guidance about their latent power over ALL straight men and how to channel it to maximise their potential in their relationships. Ultimately all men are driven by their cocks and once a woman gets total control of it's function by a combination of their will and/or cage then it's game over. Men should be taught this is the natural order and willingly play their part in being trained to be better!
