We are are always hearing about "Toxic Masculinity" in the media. If only there was more awareness of the positive benefits of being in an FLR and having your male sexual urges controlled. This would be better not just for the individuals involved but for society as a whole. If only the porn industry was driven by men being controlled by women rather than the converse. If only young men were taught to nurture, adore, cherish, respect and serve their women. If only young men were taught you only shed your seed inside a women to reproduce, you only shed your seed when she permits it! If only young men were taught your semen belongs to your woman, she chose if and when it leaves your body. If only young men were taught that you are no less a man if you chose to be the submissive party in a male/female relationship. Rant over! But the world would be a far better place if FLR was more mainstream.

Couldn't have said it better! It certainly is a game changer. Even though we've only been on our chastity journey for 6 days, we're already seeing how it's boosting our relationship.
Right now, she's not really taking it seriously; she sees it more like an experiment. She just leaves the key on the kitchen table, just in case I need to take it off in a hurry. I haven't brought it up, and I don't plan to either. She'll gradually take more control at her own pace, and I'm not going to push her into it. "Her" balls have started to ache already, I don't know how you can go hundred and ninety something days without cumming.
@alextay Sounds like you have made a great start. I am sure your wife will fully embrace the journey as she sees increasing results. Just to clarify, I am not advocating extended periods of semen retention for everyone. We all need to find the periodicity which works best for us as couples. It's just in our case we have found the longer I retain the better our dynamic gets. I confess I was doubtful at first when we thought maybe this work to the benefit of our relationship but believe me it has! I worship every atom in her body more every day!! So for now I see no reason to cum for the foreseeable future. Wish me luck!
@alextay It's absolutely fine to have them aching for the first few months
"Her" balls have started to ache already,
It's completely normal to feel some testicular discomfort during the initial months of being caged. It should fade away eventually. Feeling the way you do towards her is natural too. I like it that you said you're not going to pressure her to do things the way you want them done. She'll learn to come to terms with her inner "Goddess" eventually, but it'll take time. It varies from one woman to the other.
If you don't feel completely "full" yet, I recommend extending the duration. If you begin experiencing mood swings or anything of that nature, then go for a release. You can either go for a Ruined orgasm or do a bit of research about prostate milking. If you/she decides to go for a ruined release, then I would recommend using a ball stretcher (metal ones works the best). Otherwise you'll just ejaculate even if you stop the stimulation. It's not the end of the world if you do ejaculate, but you'd prefer not to have that happen. (Do your own research as to why). Most men don't like experiencing the "Low" they get after having ejaculated.
I would suggest considering an investment in a high-quality prostate toy, especially if you haven't explored this kind of play before. B-Vide makes the best stainless steel prostate plugs as far as I know. She could put it in you before any cuddling or play session and I'm pretty certain she won't have to worry about giving you a release. You'll know what I mean. Just a heads-up, wear a condom over your cage to avoid any mess on the sheets. If, down the line, she decides to take a more "Hands on" approach towards milking you herself, NJOY "PureWand" and "Eleven" are solid choices. . Yes, they might be a bit pricey, but you'll probably thank me later.

I agree with most all of this. Hell, I agree with all of it. The one caveat is the term "toxic masculinity." It's a term that has a particular definition, yet most of the world is exposed to a narrative that defines any masculinity as toxic masculinity. That I disagree with. In fact, I know that a lack of masculinity is toxic.
@subhubphx Totally agree with your point on the use of the phrase “toxic masculinity”. Afterthought….I also think a significant majority of young (and older for that matter) women need much more guidance about their latent power over ALL straight men and how to channel it to maximise their potential in their relationships. Ultimately all men are driven by their cocks and once a woman gets total control of it's function by a combination of their will and/or cage then it's game over. Men should be taught this is the natural order and willingly play their part in being trained to be better! Once I accepted how it should be and aligned with my submissive destiny it was goodbye Mr Nasty and hello Mr Nice Guy, the attentive, respectful, considerate and selfless lover!
This almost sound like a daft answer, but, before we start with the whole ‘toxic masculinity’ I think especially within the confines of this forum we need to clarify which parts are toxic and which parts are “normal” male behaviour (this being said by a man) as the media seem only to happy to not just blur the lines but use the two terms interchangeably.
