How do I know what the right size cage is?

This one is tough. I know of couples that have purchased ten or twenty cages to try and find one that fits perfectly. I highly recommend that you purchase one with multiple sizes of scrotal rings and if the device is offered in multiple sizes, opt for the larger. You can always buy a smaller one if necessary.
